You see the full working site before you pay anything. If it is not right, nothing is owed. The free preview stage exists exactly so there is zero risk on your side.

On Managed, ongoing edits are included in your monthly plan. On Own It, edits before launch are unlimited and free; after launch, further changes are billed per request. Either way, nothing changes without you asking first.

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, not ours, and once the site is live and paid for it is your property. We have no way to take it down. If you are on the Managed plan, you can move to owning it outright whenever you like.

If you already have a domain, you keep it. You add two website records at the company where it is registered, and we tell you exactly what to type. We never ask for your password and we never touch your email records, so your email keeps working exactly as before. If you do not have a domain, we register a new one in your name and set everything up for you.

By EcoCash or InnBucks, and only after you have seen the finished site and approved it. There is no deposit. When you approve, we send the payment details and an invoice on WhatsApp, and you send us the confirmation.

The preview is usually ready within a few days. Once you are happy and have paid, going live usually takes about a day, and connecting a domain can take anything from minutes to a couple of hours to go through.
